History: Gr 7 Year-end Revision Paper Walk-through

This bundle has been specially designed to test the CAPS Grade 7 History content from Term 3, "Colonisation of the Cape in the 17th and 18th centuries", and Term 4, "Co-operation and conflict on the frontiers of the Cape Colony in the early 19th century".

The revision paper covers a variety of low-, middle- and higher-order questions. Students will practise answering different types of questions, including:

• Match A to B;
• True and false;
• Chronological ordering;
• Fill in the missing word; and
• Short paragraph questions.

All these types of questions are imperative to improving their answering skills and reading skills for understanding.

The video walk-through explains how the questions are structured and the mark allocation of each question, focusing on keywords used within the questions.

Students will then have an opportunity to formulate their answers while pausing the video and then resuming the video to check their answers.

The "mini memos" provided after each question teach learners how to structure their answers and how marks are awarded or deducted.

Learners will undoubtedly approach their school assessments more confidently after using this revision paper bundle.
